Hitchcock Design Group, FitzGerald Associates Architects, and Seattle-based Bumgardner are collaborating with Security Properties, Inc. to create Atrium Village, a 7.5-acre mixed-use development to be located at the intersection of Division and Wells Streets in Chicago. This project offers users a prime location close to transit and downtown, revitalizes the existing dated residential property, and creates a new and enduring community that offers a sustainable urban environment. The four towers located on the corners of the site are seeking LEED certification.

Hitchcock Design Group is providing site planning and landscape architectural services for the entire development which includes the two-acre central public park, multiple rooftop gardens and green roofs that will be located on all four buildings. The team is currently progressing towards retaining City of Chicago planned development approval with the understanding that the project build-out will take between ten and fifteen years.
