FitzGerald Associates Architects retained Hitchcock Design Group for the design of the streetscape and rooftop amenity decks for a new residential mid-rise along busy W. North Avenue in Chicago’s Old Town Triangle neighborhood. Located adjacent to the Chicago Transit Authority Brown Line, this well connected mid-rise provides three outdoor amenity decks, including a pool, spa, multi-purpose lawn, grill stations, fire pits, movie wall, vegetables gardens, and a dog run. Contemporary design elements contribute to a modern but contextual building for the neighborhood, which includes 260 rental apartments and 30,000 SF of street-level retail.
