The City of Neenah, in conjunction with Future Neenah, Inc., spearheaded a thoughtful planning process focusing on the future of the Neenah waterfront. Hitchcock Design Group was commissioned to lead the consultant team in creating a comprehensive waterfront master plan, as well as establishing a systematic implementation strategy. The team opted to make Shattuck Park the centerpiece of the master plan and identified a significant section of the pedestrian riverwalk loop as the first portion to be constructed. Already a popular destination, the enhancements have served to cement Shattuck Park as a destination to be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike for years to come.
